Ika discovered yoga while working as a consultant in one of global consulting firms. Competitive, fast paced, high demands
and long work hours has drawn her to find ways to find some me time, to breath and slowdown. Through
yoga, Ika discovered how to control her ego, to actually enjoy breathing, being more patient and feel more compassion to
herself and others.
Through teaching, Ika wants to spread the benefit of yoga and help to improve others’ lifestyles. Her approach to yoga focuses
on energetic movement, strength and comfort as she expects you to walk out of the class feeling refreshed and composed
with a clear mind.
Active, energetic, usually aim for strength, balance and done is faster pace. Suitable if you are looking for a good workout, can help building full body strength and cardiovascular endurance.
Dynamic, flow type of yoga. Suitable if you want more movement and less stillness in your practice, whether you never tried yoga before or have been practicing. Can help to build stamina, endurance and cardiovascular fitness.
Slower pace type of yoga, holding poses. Suitable if you are looking for more stillness in your practice, gentle and balance of poses, breathing exercise and meditation, whether you never tried yoga before or have been practicing. Can help to improve flexibility.
